About Tom Hackett Photography, LLC
As a photographer, Tom Hackett is largely self-taught. He received his first coaching as a young boy from a public school art teacher who boarded with his grandmother. During his college years he worked summers as a photographer’s assistant at the University of Bridgeport and took correspondence lessons from Famous Photographers School in Westport, Connecticut. His photographs were displayed in shows at Drew University and included in his college yearbook.
After a long hiatus, Tom finds himself reawakened in the age of digital photography. He seeks to share interesting and beautiful scenes from nature, including human nature and its artifacts.
He occasionally blogs at http://TomHackettPhotography.wordpress.com.
